Job description

Our client is looking for an very experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a team in Chatham, Kent area. 

On offer is up to £21,800 plus £3,200 car allowance (which you can take as part of the salary if you are tied to a car of your own), also on offer is up to £45,000 - £50,000 OTE. 

You will be working on a 7 day rota, including weekends, so you must be flexible to work weekend shifts, with 2 days off during the week. 

Our client is looking for someone highly experienced, with lots of industry knowledge. 

You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

You will be reporting into the sales manager.

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.

  • Driven by hitting targets
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • Customer friendly
  • Immaculately presented
  • Current and Valid UK driving licence
  • MUST be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no exceptions
