Job description

We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for a Luxury Developer based in Central London. 

Salary will start at £25,000 up to £30,000 for basic depending on experience, and between £50,000 to £55,000 for OTE. 

Weekends will be required for this full time position, but more information on shifts and hours will be discussed at the interview.

You will ideally have new homes sales experience, selling off-plan residential units for either a house builder or developer. 

Duties for this role:

  • Advising customers throughout their sales journey
  • Dealing with new sales inquiries
  • Meeting and greeting the customers in a friendly manor
  • Ensuring the sales suite looks presentable at all times

Key Requirements:

  • Have a full, clean driving license with access to your own vehicle
  • Experience in new homes
  • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office
  • Be very customer friendly
  • Must be flexible for shift work
  • Be well presented
