Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for one of the leading developers in North West London. 

Base salary is up to £23,000 with on target earnings of £45,000.

 

Your working days will include Saturday or Sunday.

 

My client is looking for experience within the house builder industry or working for an agency supporting a developer. 

For this role duties will include:

- Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements 
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
- Taking customers on viewings 
- Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
- Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 
-Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

- Have new homes or estate agency experience 
- Have access to your own transport
- Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
- Be immaculately presented
- Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
