Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to work on a development in Rochester, Kent. This is a 9 month fixed term contract. 

On offer is a base salary up to £29,000 OTE £45,000 (pro rata)!

The role requires an experienced New Homes Sales professional to work on-site; selling units off plan from a marketing suite. 

We want to speak to individuals who are reliable and available immediately with property sales experience. This is a 9 month fixed term contract. Working days are Thursday - Monday. 

The Responsibilities include:

Meeting and greeting customers
Assisting the sales team and generating leads
Basic administrative duties
Taking telephone enquiries
Maintaining the marketing suite to a high standard
Updating the database when required


The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:


Have New Homes or Property experience via a house builder, housing association or new homes agency
Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Have strong administration skills
Be flexible to working weekends
Be willing to work well as part of a team
Be self-motivated and be able to take direction from senior members of staff
