New Homes Sales Negotiator

Job description

My client, a leading developer is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to sell from their development in Gravesend. 

This is a full time position, working 5 days per week, inclusive of a Saturday and Sunday. You will have 2 consecutive days off in the week. There will be a rota in place offering 1 weekend off per month. 

The role includes:

• Selling on/off plan 

• Managing and negotiating the sales process through to completion

• Maintaining the presentation of the marketing suite to the highest standard

• Conducting market research and competitor research

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

• Represent the company brand to the highest of standards


To be considered successful, you will have new homes experience - either working for a developer or for an agency. 

Salary, base salary up to £26,000 (depending on experience) OTE £45,000.
