Job description

We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for one of our leading clients in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. 

Base salary is up to £25,000 with on target earnings of £50,000. Your working week will include working a Saturday or a Sunday.

My client is looking for experience within the house builder industry, or working for an estate agent. 

 

Key requirements for the role include:

- Have new homes or estate agency experience 
- Have access to your own transport
- Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
- Be immaculately presented
- Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.


For this role duties will include:

- Meeting and greeting customers on site
- Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements 
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
- Taking customers on viewings 
- Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
- Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 
- Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
