Job description

I am currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Advisor to join an industry leading 5-star rated retirement housebuilder, with a development in Henley-on-Thames.

The package on offer is excellent, approx. £27,000 basic salary, plus OTE of approx. £50,000. Other benefits are included in the package, such as a company car or car allowance.

You will be an all-rounder with extensive experience in customer service, sales progression and selling plots.

The work pattern is 10am - 5pm, Tuesday - Saturday.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
  • Develop the database of potential customers and qualify and attract suitable leads
  • Supporting marketing events and customer meetings 
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date

Key candidate requirements:

  • Must have New Homes Sales / Sales Progression and extensive customer service experience
  • Have your own transport
  • Be proficient with computer systems inc. MS Office
  • Be customer service focused as well as sales orientated
  • Ability to prioritise time
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be flexible for work patterns when needs be
