Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in North London for an industry leading developer.  In this role you will be working on site in a busy sales and marketing suite. Ideally you would have worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer and will be experienced in selling off-plan residential units in new homes. New Homes Sales Negotiator salary up to £28,000 base with an OTE of £50,000.

In this role to start with you will be in one location and then moving forward will be moved to another location still in West Sussex. 

  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.
  • Ascertain applicants' needs by listening carefully to the details provided
  • Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity.
  • Ensure all viewings are promptly followed up and that the vendor is immediately advised of the details
  • Ensure than when an offer is accepted that all administrative duties are attended to and that the sale is actively progressed through to a satisfactory and business-like conclusion.
  • Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions

About You:

  • An experienced Sales Negotiator (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven track record in generating new business
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Enthusiastic person who can demonstrate they have the willingness to learn and develop themselves in the Estate Agency industry.
