Job description

My client, a house builder based in London are looking to expand their team.  They are hiring an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to sell from their development in Greenwich, London.

This is a full time position, working 5 days per week, inclusive of a Saturday and Sunday. You will have 2 consecutive days off in the week.

The role includes:

• Selling on/off plan within a sales & marketing suite

• Managing and negotiating the sales process through to completion

• Maintaining the presentation of the marketing suite to the highest standard

• Conducting market research and competitor research

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

• Represent the company brand to the highest of standards

To be considered successful, you will have new homes experience - either working for a developer or for an agency. 

Salary, base salary up to 27,000 (depending on experience, OTE £45,000.
