Job description

I have an opportunity to work as a Sales Negotiator with a high-end housebuilder.

 

We are now recruiting New Homes Sales Negotiators to join them on a site in the Bristol area. On offer is a basic salary of up to £23,000 (dependent on experience) and a realistic OTE of £45,000.

 

The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

 

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. Weekend availability to work is a must.

 

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.

Current and Valid UK driving licence

MUST be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no exceptions
