Job description

We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for a house builder in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This role is permanent and will be working onsite in a busy marketing suite.

New Homes Sales Negotiator £24,000 base + commission. The brand also provides great career progression.

The working week requires weekends. Must be able to drive with own form of transport.

Ideally you will have experience selling off-plan residential units as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

  • Must hold a full drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Must have new homes sales experience at an estate agent or developer
  • Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Confidently work alone
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
