Job description

We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for an industry leading house builder in CamberleySurrey. This role is permanent and will be working onsite in a busy marketing suite.

New Homes Sales Negotiator salary is £24,000-£26,000 base depending on experience and £50,000 OTE.

The working week requires weekends and the candidate must drive with access to their own transport.

Ideally you will have experience selling off-plan residential units as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.

For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

  • Must hold a full drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Must have new homes sales experience at an estate agent or developer
  • Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Confidently work alone
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
