Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in Bracknell for an industry leading developer.  In this role you will be working on site in a busy sales and marketing suite on a permanent basis.

Ideally would have worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer and will be experienced in selling off-plan residential units in new homes.

New Homes Sales Negotiator salary £25,000 with an OTE of £50,000.

  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.
  • Ascertain applicants' needs by listening carefully to the details provided
  • Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity.
  • Ensure all viewings are promptly followed up and that the vendor is immediately advised of the details
  • Ensure than when an offer is accepted that all administrative duties are attended to and that the sale is actively progressed through to a satisfactory and business-like conclusion.
  • Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions
