Job description

We are currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for an industry leading house builder based in Medway, Kent.

Salary on offer is £24,000 to £26,000 base depending on experience with an OTE of £50,000.  Working days and hours will be discussed at interview for this is a full-time position.

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.

For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

  • Have new homes experience 
  • Have access to your own transport
  • Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.

This vacancy is for a New Homes Sales Negotiator based in Medway, KentSalary £25,000 on the base with an OTE of £50,000.
