Job description

We are currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Negotiator for fixed term opportunity with potential to go permanent based on site near Henley on Thames. The position will commence immediately and will include weekends. 

The salary on offer is £26,000 to £28,000 base depending on experience with an OTE of £45,000-£50,000 up capped, this includes quarter and customer service bonus.  The working week will be Thursday through to Monday, so weekends will be required.

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.

For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

  • Must have new homes experience
  • Have access to your own transport
  • Be confident using IT - Computer systems including Microsoft Office etc
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
