Job description

We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for an industry leading house builder based in Henley on Thames.

Salary on offer is £27,000 on the base with an OTE of £50,000+.  Working days and hours will be discussed at interview for this is a full-time position but days off are Sunday and Monday.

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.

For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
  • Develop the database of potential customers and qualify and attract suitable leads
  • Supporting marketing events and customer meetings 
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

  • Must have new homes, Sales Progression and customer service/ executive experience
  • Have access to your own transport
  • Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
