Job description

TDM are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for a 4* rated house builder based in Herne Bay, Kent.  This role is permanent and would be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.

New Homes Sales Negotiator Salary from £23,000 to £27,000 on the base depending on experience with an OTE of £45,000 to £50,000.  Working days and hours will be discussed at interview for this 5x day a week role. 

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer. 

For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

  • Must have new homes experience
  • Show leadership and confident to manage a site alone
  • Have access to your own transport
  • Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
