Job description

I am currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator based in Hoo, Kent to work for an industry leading new homes developer. This role is permanent and you will be working on site in a busy sales and marketing suite.

New Homes Area Sales Negotiator Salary up to £25,000 base with an OTE of £50,000. Working days and hours will be varied and discussed at interview stage.

You will have experience in selling off-plan residential units and ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer previously. 

For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings 
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable. 

Key requirements:

  • Have new homes experience
  • Have access to your own transport
  • Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
