New Homes Sales Negotiator

Job description We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity to work for one of the leading PLC residential developers for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator for a development in Thorpes End, Norfolk, near Norwich. 

On offer is a negotiable basic depending on experience, up to £25,000 basic plus £50,000 OTE uncapped. 

The ideal candidate will:

Be passionate about customer service, construction and house building
Have previous sales experience within the New Homes market.
Have proven ability to demonstrate product knowledge
Understand the house sale process from reservation to legal completion 
Have excellent communication skills.
Have previous sales experience within the New Homes market.
Be flexible to work weekends.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be based on a 7-day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. 

Key requirements:

Must have new homes customer facing experience
You will be very well presented
Driven by hitting targets
Extremely self-motivated
Customer friendly
Current and Valid UK driving licence
Must be able to work weekends
