Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in Canterbury for a small privately owned developer.  In this role you will be working on site in a busy sales and marketing suite on a permanent basis. The developer constructs contemporary and high quality finish for homes in Kent.

Ideally you would have worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer and will be experienced in selling off-plan residential units.

New Homes Sales Negotiator salary £28,000 DOE with an OTE of £50,000.  Working days and hours will be varied but will be discuss at interview stage.

 For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Taking customers on viewings 
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 

Key requirements:

  • Have new homes experience
  • Have access to your own transport
  • Be confident using computer systems including Microsoft Office and organisation
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
