Job description

I am currently recruiting for an outstanding New Homes Sales Negotiator role for an up-and-coming fast-growing developer in High Wycombe.

The role is to launch a stylish 1-2 bed apartment scheme. This will consist of 350 plus units across 7 phases.

The package is £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary, plus OTE of £45,000 - £50,000.

The role requires an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator with extensive experience on a single manned site. This is an opportunity to make this development your own, and a long term project to handle from cradle to grave.

It will be NO WEEKEND WORKING until December (when the development launches), and thereafter will be Thursday – Monday with a rota system set to be in place. The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. Weekend availability to work is a must.
