Job description

I have an opportunity to work as a New Homes Sales Negotiator with a leading PLC developer.

We are now recruiting New Homes Sales Negotiators to join my client on a site in the Witney area, Oxfordshire. On offer is a basic salary of up to £22,000, with an OTE of £45,000 - £50,000.

The successful candidate will have experience working in:

  • Luxury Retail
  • Property Sales
  • Cabin Crew
  • Another similar background

My client is open to candidates from outside the industry with a fresh approach and attitude. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent customer service and negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. Weekend availability to work is a must.
