Job description

I have an opportunity to work as a Sales Negotiator with a luxury, privately housebuilder.

We are now recruiting New Homes Sales Negotiators to join them on a beautiful top-end brand new development in Shipton-under-Wychwood.

The package is Up to £28,000 basic salary, plus a realistic OTE of £35,000.

The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. 

This is an ideal role for a candidate that is looking to take a step away from the PLC world to work on a development you are genuinely proud to be selling! There will be zero snagging!

Saturdays & Sundays are a must to work, but 1 weekend off in 4 will be awarded!

Please note, only candidates with direct developer New Homes experience will be considered.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be Thursday - Monday.
