I have an opportunity for excellent, experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work with a leading 5-star premier developer.

We are now recruiting New Homes Sales Negotiators to join them on a development in the Banbury area.

The package is up to £24,000 basic salary, plus a realistic OTE of £45,000.

The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. Weekend availability to work is a must.
