Job description

We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for a 5-star retirement developer in Slough, Berkshire.  This role is permanent and would be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.
Basic salary is up to £25,000 with an OTE of £50,000 plus benefits, including a company car. A huge plus to the role is that the working pattern is Tuesday - Saturday.  You'll never have to work a Sunday again!

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.  Alternatively, you will have come from an Estate Agency background. 
For this role duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers on site
- Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
- Taking customers on viewings 
- Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
- Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 
- Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
Key requirements:
- Have new homes or estate agency experience 
- Have access to your own transport
- Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
- Be immaculately presented
- Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
