Job description We are currently recruiting New Homes Sales Negotiators to work for an leading UK developer based in Birmingham. 
Salary is around £25,000 the base with an OTE of £45k. Working hours will be discussed at interview but the role does offer 1 weekend off in 4 and mileage.

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.  

For this role duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements 
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
Taking customers on viewings 
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

Have new homes or estate agency experience 
Have access to your own transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
