Job description
We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for a leading house builder in the property industry, Cambridgeshire.
 
This role is permanent, and you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.

The salary is up to £29,000 with the potential to earn commission of £60,000 plus. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop further in terms of salary as well as the role itself. 

Your working hours and days will be discussed at interview stage. 

Duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements 
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
Taking customers on viewings 
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 

Key requirements:

Experience within a Housebuilder, Estate Agency or Sales
Have access to your own transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
