Job description

I have an opportunity to work with a leading UK housebuilder on a retirement village with fantastic earning potential on a part-time basis.

We are now recruiting part-time New Homes Sales Negotiators to join them on a site in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. On offer is a basic salary of up to £26,000 (pro-rata) plus OTE (circa. £45,000 pro-rata), plus mileage and other benefits.

Working pattern will either be Thursday - Saturday, or Sunday - Tuesday.

You will have sales experience in new homes, having worked for a house builder. You will be a team player but also self-motivated with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.
