Job description

I have an opportunity to work as a Sales Negotiator with a leading UK housing developer. 

We are now recruiting an excellent New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the Exeter area.

You are working on a pattern of 2 days per week, with 1 weekend out of 2 working.

The package is a basic of approx. £22,000 (pro-rata) plus a realistic OTE of £45,000 (pro-rata). OTE/commissions are uncapped, along with extra sales bonuses.

My client is keen on candidates from outside the industry, ideally from Estate Agency, Car Sales or another form of Sales. 

The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. 

Please note, only candidates with substantial Sales experience will be considered. Property, car & luxury retail preferred.
