Job description

I have an opportunity to work as a New Homes Sales Negotiator with a premium 5-star housebuilder. 

This is a part-time position, which will be 2 days per week.

We are now recruiting an excellent New Homes Sales Negotiator to work on a development in the Swindon area.

The package is the pro-rata of a basic of £23,000 basic salary, plus OTE of £45,000. 

The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. 

Please note, only candidates with New Homes industry experience will be considered.
