Job description
We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to work for an industry leading luxury developer in Henley, Oxfordshire. This role is permanent and would be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.

 

New Homes Area Sales Negotiator Salary £26,000 - OTE £50,000 plus benefits, including mileage, phone and laptop. 

 

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor for a house builder or developer.  Alternatively, you will have come from an Estate Agency sales progression background. 

Typical duties for this role will include:

- Progressing all new build sales in a timely manner from reservation to completion

- Liaising with customers; financial advisors and solicitors

- Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts

- Ensure purchaser's information is compliant and up to date

- Assist with any customer queries

Key requirements:

- The ideal candidate will have sales administration/ progression experience working in the property industry

- New Homes Sales background also considered

You will be very organised with a good eye for detail

- Be very customer service focused

- Possess excellent communication skills

- Good team player

- Current and Valid UK driving licence
