Job description

We are now recruiting for a New Retirement Homes Sales Executive to join an industry leading retirement developer on a site just outside Eastleigh, Hampshire.

To be considered, you MUST have experience working for a retirement developer. This is a position to cover maternity leave of an existing employee for 12 months. You will be a team player but also self-motivated with a target driven attitude. Your working pattern will be Tuesday - Saturday. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be based on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. 

On offer is a fantastic package, with a basic salary of £24,000, £4,500 car allowance, and an achievable OTE of £45,000.

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.
