PA / Office Manager

Job description

Here at TDM, we are recruiting for an experienced PA to join a  housebuilder in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. 


This position is working full time (37.5 hours) with a base salary reflected by your experience. 
 
Duties include:

- Providing administrative support at Director level
- Coordinate and manage the Director's diary
- Typing of correspondence, including minutes, presentations and board reports
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, reports, word documents and agendas for Senior Meetings
- Inbox & diary management and prioritising emails
- Screening incoming phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Arrange work related travel 
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Directors 

Profile: 
- PA experience at Director level or above
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, inclusive of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work under time constraints and pressure
- Ability to work unsupervised and to efficiently manage and prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining deadlines
- A positive, can do attitude with the ability to take ownership and responsibility, with an enterprising work ethic
