Job description

We are currently recruiting for a PART TIME New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a team with our client which is a well known 5-star developer. They are looking for someone to work on their site in Bristol. 

On offer is up to £21,500 on the basic, with a realistic OTE of up to £30,000. 

Our client is looking for someone enthusiastic to get a job done to the best of their ability, someone who has a passion for the New Homes industry and someone who is target driven!

To be successful in your application you will need to have relevant sales experience within the new homes industry. 

You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

You will be reporting into the sales manager, the working week will be 3 days, working every weekendspecific shifts and hours will be discussed at point of interview. 


Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.

  • Customer friendly
  • Immaculately presented
  • Current and Valid UK driving licence
  • MUST be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no exceptions
