Part Time New Homes Sales Negotiator

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Prime Entrepreneurial Developer, who are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic part time Sales Negotiator to work within a team on site. This company offer long term progression and career development. 

This developer are very modern and design led and this role will not be around long. 

This role will be based in Hertfordshire and will be paying up to £30,000 pro rata, with healthy commission. 

The working hours for this role will be 3 out of 4 days from Thursday through til Sunday. 

 

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Will have New Homes/Agency sales experience 
  • Be flexible to work weekends 
  • Keen to hit targets 
  • Must have an ambitious mentality 
  • Have a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle 
  • Be well presented at all times 
  • Have great customer service skills 

 

Duties will include: 

  • Ensuring a smooth sales process of New Homes 
  • Qualify all new applicants 
  • Conduct viewings and close sales 
  • Progress all sales through to completion 

Offering a base salary of £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata with an OTE done on a unit by unit basis which will be discussed at interview.
