At tdm we are currently partnering with a Chartered Town Planners firm based in East Kent. They provide Planning and Development consultancy to the highest standard of professional integrity.
  
The firm are looking to grow their team with the addition of a Planner / Senior Planner to keep up with the growing demands of the business in Kent. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business with good career progression and experienced team.
  
The Firm are looking for an MRTPI qualified planner to assist and manage the submission of a range of projects from large scale residential projects to change of use application.
  
On offer is a salary of £40,000 – £60,000 + bonus and package.
  
The ideal Candidate

• MRTPI Qualified
• 2+ years post grad
• Comprehensive knowledge of the national planning policy
• Based in Kent
