Job description.

I am working with one of the leading house builders who are looking to strengthen the team with a Town Planning Manager to work in the national strategic land division.

This is a high-profile role that would report directly into the regional Strategic Land Director and have a big role to play in the groups strategic land teams coverage. You would work closely with the rest of the strategic land team.

You will be a Town planner who has a detailed experience of working on residential planning applications. Experience with strategic land is not a prerequisite but would be a benefit. Ideally you will be a driven and super motivated town planner who is looking to take the next step in your career.

You will be a bright, articulate and ambitious planner who is circa 5-6 years post-graduation experience and perhaps is looking to make a move away from consultancy or local authority. You might also be working for house builders or a strategic land promotor.

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualified and RTPI.
  • Ideally you will be 5-6 years post-graduation
  • Be currently working for a planning consultancy or house builder
  • Good experience and understanding of strategic land
  • Bright, ambitious and determined for success.
