Job description

Creating beautiful homes for over 60 years my client builds houses in select, highly desirable residential locations. The privately owned, family run regional development company boasts a portfolio of more than £3 billion. The client delivers luxury accommodation focusing on quality, appearance, layout and style. With over 600 as well as luxury private houses currently being built in the region, the clients also diversify into restoration projects, building conversions and the retirement homes sector. The client is looking to strengthen their team in the form of a Project Manager. 

The idyllic 35 unit site is set in an attractive location with excessive transport and logistic links close by. The 2-5 bed traditional build, detached houses will require a luxury finish with quality and health and safety as the top priority of the site. Therefore, the client is seeking a Project Manager who has managed new homes to a luxury standard previously, to comply with the required standards.  

The ideal Project Manager will have a strong passion for maintaining high standards of health and safety for the whole team on site. The Project Manager will be reporting to the Construction Director with 2 Assistant Site Managers on site. The progress and maintenance of the build program will be your responsibility. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
On site management of quality, H&S, sub-contractors and direct staff
Monthly and weekly progress reports
Client and Design coordination meetings
Material call offs
Toolbox talks
Candidate Requirements:
CSCS Black Card
First Aid at Work
2 x Work related references
Proof of National Insurance number
£85,000 + car allowance/car & large bonus.
