Project Manager

Central London

£50,000 plus bonus


My client is a privately-owned business with core focus on residential and commercial developments situated from zone 2 outwards.


You will be reporting directly into the Head of Residential and be expected to manage no more than 3 live schemes.

It is essential that you are capable of running schemes of 10-100 units from inception to completion and be able to manage more than 1 scheme at any given time.

Current live projects are very residential led, with some commercial units involved too.


You will be based out of my client’s Central London based office, however being based on site is a possibility, dependant on stage of project (what’s in front of you basically).


Key Responsibilities


  • Liaise with client team, statutory authorities, contractors and suppliers to ensure information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each project
  • Working with the team to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to the required standards
  • Assist in the cost planning of projects
  • Assist with contractual administration
  • Assist with preparation of monthly reports, cash flow forecasts, valuation and agreement of final accounts
  • Budget management and benchmarking
  • Undertake the preparation and processing of quotations
  • Prepare cost, value and reconcile monthly reports on each assigned project
  • Assist in managing internal and external resources for all projects
  • Assist with the procurement of all FF&E and OS&E


Person Specification


  • Third level Project Manager qualifications or similar experience
  • Excellent and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages, in particular MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
  • Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
  • A willingness to develop their career
