Project Manager

Central London

£90,000 + car allowance & bonus


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Site Manager to control, plan and deliver large schemes within Central London. specifically Refurbishment and new homes. The development of 272 new high quality homes including studios, 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments and 16 3 bed townhouses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Health and Safety good practices, whilst achieving Programme, Quality and coordination of the site activities whilst maintaining public highways.
  • Ensure people management of all disciplines and maintain a good relationship with key stake holders. Client relationships to be managed in a professional manner.
  • Cost control of prelim budgets. Promote health, safety and environmental issues on all sites to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained.
  • To oversee the production on site, via Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Trainee Site Managers, to deliver projects on time and accurately report current position on programmes
  • To deliver the Sales Centre and Marketing Suite on time and budget.
  • To work closely with all members of the site delivery team and proactively drive communication and problem solving.
  • Prepare accurate and professional reports for both internal and external clients.
  • To motivate, control/set targets, and appraise performance to ensure all personnel are working individually and as a team to effectively achieve the build programme
  • Develop team members to perform and deliver to high standards.
  • To ensure that all decisions are made considering H&S, Programme, Cost and Quality.
  • To engage with Technical Team to ensure buildability and efficiencies are developed within the design and that programme is maintained.
  • To be the Ambassador of Quality for the Project.



    Relevant Experience (Including Qualifications):

  • Concrete frame and traditional build experience
  • Proven track record of running a multiple team scheme of similar size.
  • ASTA programming
  • First Aid at work
  • Membership to professional body desirable.
  • HNC or Degree Qualified
  • Relevant CSCS Card
  • Proficient in ASTA Power Projects
  • Supervisor / Appointed Person Crane (Qualified)
  • Experience of lifting operations
  • Experience in managing Assistants & Trainees
  • A proven track record of quality delivery on time and to budget is paramount.
