Job description

I have an opportunity with one of London’s most highly-regarded, privately owned developers who are looking for an experienced self motivated new build Project Manager to join the team,

The site is beautifully set, and the client is keen to ensure that the finish is to the highest of quality, so proven Project Management experience will be required.

This exciting new project will consist of 160 new build  family houses, 40 duplex flats and 100 one and two bedroom flats across 60,000 sqm with a value of £22m.

We are keen to hear from award winning Project Managers with experience of running 100+ units on RC Frame developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Health and Safety good practices, whilst achieving Programme, Quality and coordination of the site activities whilst maintaining public highways.
  • Cost control of prelim budgets. Promote health, safety and environmental issues on all sites to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained.
  • To oversee the production on site, via Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Trainee Site Managers, to deliver projects on time and accurately report current position on programmes
  • Positively liaise and communicate with estimating, surveying, purchasing, design, resident liaison and accounts staff allocated to the project by the company to ensure their positive contribution to the project.
  • To deliver project on time and accurately report current position on programme, work to pre-determined time targets on the Contract Programme to the agreed quality standard and budget.
  • Management of the supply chain including regular effective sub-contractor meetings and record/distribute minutes of the meeting. Prepare material take offs and schedule
  • To organise & control the construction of development in accordance with the specification provided
