Job description

An outstanding opportunity for a Property Manager to work for one of the market leading residential and mixed use developers in London. 

The role of the Property Manager is to manage the freeholds of the buildings and the associated assets through performance monitoring of the managing agents. This is to ensure the highest level of service to customers is adhered to at all times as well as to alleviate the company's business risk as a freeholders.

Reporting in to the Head of Property you will be an knowledgeable individual with over 5 years experience working in Leasehold Property Management and ideally be AIRPM or MIRPM qualified. You will ideally possess a property management related or other relevant degree and have a proven understanding of landlord/tenant legislation, health and safety at work act, employment law and other applicable legislations. You will also have experience of dealing with new build developments and be confident in the production of information for reporting in to the Board of Directors.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Property Management or another property related degree.
  • Be AIRPM or MIRPM qualified
  • Have a proven understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, health and safety at work act, employment law and other applicable legislations. 
  • Experience of working on new build developments.
  • At least 5 years experience working in leasehold property management. 
  • An outstanding understanding of the RICS Code of Practice and industry guidelines. 
  • Confident in providing reports to the Board of Directors as and when required. 
  • A strong motivated individual and leader and mentoring qualities with exceptional customer service skills.
