Quantity Surveyor

East Kent

A top opportunity to work an entrepreneurial private developer who is rapidly expanding its land portfolio.  

This developer is based in the East Kent area with site across Kent compromising of traditional build houses to concrete frames.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will report directly to the Commercial Management team and hold responsibility for a large RC Frame apartment scheme. The Commercial manage is very good mentor so this may suit someone who has recently stepped up or looking to step up and fancies a challenge.

A successful candidate will be a proactive thinker and team player. No ego please!

Key Responsibilities:-

• Accurate Valuations
• Subcontract Management & Orders
• Cost Value Reconciliation
• Responsibility for project from contract awarding to Final Account
• Supply Chain Procurement
• Cost Control & Budgeting
• Successful Negotiator
• Variation
• Benchmarking and analysis of build costs
• Final Accounts
