A brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing residential developer as a Project Quantity Surveyor, with the role primarily based in Chelmsford.

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the cost management of several residential projects within the business.

package on offer

• Salary package of £35,000 – £60,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Discretionary bonus

the requirements

You will be a QS or a very experienced Assistant QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder.
