the offer
A brilliant opportunity to join a 5-star fast-growing housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor, with the role primarily based in the Nottinghamshire area
the position
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the cost management of several residential projects within the business.
package on offer
- Salary package of £35,000 – £50,000
- Discretionary bonus
the requirements
You will be an Assistant QS either looking to step up, or up to 12-18 months away from stepping up.
Housebuilder experience is advantageous but not essential.
