An exceptional opportunity to join a premium 5-star rated housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor in the Cambridgeshire area.

the position

Reporting into the Surveying Manager, you will manage an efficient material purchasing process on several sites.

package on offer

• Salary package of £50,000 – £65,000
• Discretionary bonus

the requirements

You will be a QS, or a very experienced Assistant QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder.
