An exceptional opportunity to join a premium, privately owned housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor, based in the East Anglia region.  

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the cost management of several residential projects within the business.

package & benefits

• Salary package of £55,000 – £65,000 (Depending on experience)
• 10% Bonus
• Car Allowance or Company Car

the requirements

You will be an experienced QS, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder.
