This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor in the Epsom area. As a Quantity Surveyor you will report directly to the Commercial Management team and hold responsibility for between 2-4 new build residential sites across Surrey.

The job is well suited for both Quantity Surveyors and experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors who are ready to make the next step up in their career.

A successful candidate would have a proven track record of efficient cost management and negotiation when working for a housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor or similar.
