We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our client’s team in Southampton. 

Our client boasts a strong presence in the region and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional homes. With a thriving land bank, they are well-positioned for continued success and growth.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in contributing to their ongoing achievements.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a supportive Commercial Manager, overseeing three substantial housing developments in Hampshire. Ranging from 109 to 450 homes, these projects encompass both traditional build and timber frame houses. Your expertise in Quantity Surveying will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth progress and successful completion of these developments.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the housebuilding sector.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build and timber frame housing.
• Exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to overcome challenges.
