This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor in the St Albans area. As a Quantity Surveyor you will report directly to the Commercial Management team and hold responsibility for between 2-4 new build residential sites across Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire.

The job is well suited for both Quantity Surveyors and experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors who are ready to make the next step up in their career.

A successful candidate would have a proven track record of efficient cost management and negotiation when working for a housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor or similar.

• Responsibility for project from contract awarding to Final Account

• Cost Control & Budgeting
